Goal Setting

Christine Shubrook is a NLP Practitioner for Sport. Using NLP techniques she can guide you through the goal setting process to ensure your goal is going to achieve the outcome that you are looking for. A goal setting session is 2 hours long and costs £80. At the end of the session you should have a clear goal, know the steps you need to take to achieve it and have an insight as to why you have not already got it.

She can help you with goal setting independantly from coaching your riding.

True progress is made in small steps, in a steady, forward fashion. Often, we loose sight of where our starting point was, and therefore fail to recognise just how much progress we have made. Goal setting records your starting point, so you can measure where you are, compared with where you were. We don’t have to try and subjectively remember where you where six months ago we will know. Then you can pat yourself on the back for your progress! If you haven’t progressed, we can then review the training method for that goal.
